We had lemon merengue tart and triple chocolate cheesecake.
Both of them were good and tasty. Also the cappuccino.
I like the atmosphere, the music was also very nice, the staff is kind and respectful, and they speak English very well, that makes it easy to place an order.
I will definitely come back on my return to the Netherlands.
Very nice place to seat and relax after long walks around Amsterdam. Good coffee and deserts, also you will find other options to eat. Very cozy inside, good and friendly service. I’m going back for sure.
OMG this carrot cake makes me cry. This is the only place in the centre to get proper cakes. The rest are just frozen, old crusty abominations. The staff is amazing as well and there's plenty of room to seat upstairs.
We came here a few times and tried different things each time. The rainbow cake was delicious and a very good sized serving. We also tried the vanilla cupcakes and the chocolate cake and these were very good and light. We only wish the store was open later so we could enjoy it in the evening, even if the takeaway store was open a little later.
A very cute little cafe/bakery located on two floors connected by a narrow circular staircase. The coffee is excellent and the staff pleasant although the service could be a little faster.
I like that they had 2 vegan options for pastries and it was pretty tasty. But the options were still limited. Given the animal suffering involved in egg and dairy production (since all those animals have to be killed at the end of a lifetime of exploitation), I don't know why the vegan options are not the default here.
They do a great job baking vegan pastries. So I will come back and give it 5 star when they drop animal products, and offer foods that are better for animals and the environment.
The staff was nice and the environment was friendly. I enjoyed my lemon loaf bread.
Definitely the best cupcakes in Amsterdam. The flavors are very tasty and creamy. The service is flawless and correct. The bakery itself is small and authentic. Prices are low for these quality pastries. Delicious!
An adorable place for a coffee, just behind the dam square. On rainy days (only) you can sit at the top floor which is very nice.
